If You Don't Have Macromedia Design Notes or Monopoly Saved Game
In order to open your MNO file, you will have to download Macromedia Design Notes, Monopoly Saved Game, or another similar software package.
If Your Computer is Not Configured to Open MNO Files
If you have the relevant software, but your computer still won't open the software, you will have to change the file associations on Windows or Mac. Depending on your operating system, you can ensure that your computer always open MNO files using Macromedia Design Notes, Monopoly Saved Game, or another program of your choice that uses MNO files.

If the MNO File is Corrupt
In some instances, you may receive an error message stating that the file is corrupt. If you have tried all of the above, and it still doesn't work, download or request a new copy to see if that works.
Open MNO File the Easy Way
If you don't want to download Macromedia Design Notes or Monopoly Saved Game (for whatever reason), and the other options also don't work... that's okay!
Even though some MNO files must be opened in a program for which it was developed (binary format), you may still be able to open it in a universal file viewer such as File Magic. Download File Magic now from the Microsoft Store and open your MNO file!
