If You Don't Have Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Outlook Attachment Sniffer file
In order to open your OAS file, you will have to download Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Outlook Attachment Sniffer file, or another similar software package.
If Your Computer is Not Configured to Open OAS Files
If you have the relevant software, but your computer still won't open the software, you will have to change the file associations on Windows or Mac. Depending on your operating system, you can ensure that your computer always open OAS files using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Outlook Attachment Sniffer file, or another program of your choice that uses OAS files.

If the OAS File is Corrupt
In some instances, you may receive an error message stating that the file is corrupt. If you have tried all of the above, and it still doesn't work, download or request a new copy to see if that works.
Open OAS File the Easy Way
If you don't want to download Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Outlook Attachment Sniffer file (for whatever reason), and the other options also don't work... that's okay!
