If You Don't Have Procomm Plus Translation Table, Lotus Translation Table, or Excel Template Software Installed
In order to open your XLT file, you will have to download Procomm Plus Translation Table, Lotus Translation Table, Excel Template, or another similar software package.
If Your Computer is Not Configured to Open XLT Files
If you have the relevant software, but your computer still won't open the software, you will have to change the file associations on Windows or Mac. Depending on your operating system, you can ensure that your computer always open XLT files using Procomm Plus Translation Table, Lotus Translation Table, Excel Template, or another program of your choice that uses XLT files.

If the XLT File is Corrupt
In some instances, you may receive an error message stating that the file is corrupt. If you have tried all of the above, and it still doesn't work, download or request a new copy to see if that works.
Open XLT File the Easy Way
If you don't want to download Procomm Plus Translation Table, Lotus Translation Table, or Excel Template (for whatever reason), and the other options also don't work... that's okay!
Even though some XLT files must be opened in a program for which it was developed (binary format), you may still be able to open it in a universal file viewer such as File Magic. Download File Magic now from the Microsoft Store and open your XLT file!
