If You Don't Have GENESYS Workspace, Web Site Publisher Configuration File, or Windows SharePoint Services Solution Framework File Software Installed
In order to open your WSP file, you will have to download GENESYS Workspace, Web Site Publisher Configuration File, Windows SharePoint Services Solution Framework File, or another similar software package.
If Your Computer is Not Configured to Open WSP Files
If you have the relevant software, but your computer still won't open the software, you will have to change the file associations on Windows or Mac. Depending on your operating system, you can ensure that your computer always open WSP files using GENESYS Workspace, Web Site Publisher Configuration File, Windows SharePoint Services Solution Framework File, or another program of your choice that uses WSP files.

If the WSP File is Corrupt
In some instances, you may receive an error message stating that the file is corrupt. If you have tried all of the above, and it still doesn't work, download or request a new copy to see if that works.
Open WSP File the Easy Way
If you don't want to download GENESYS Workspace, Web Site Publisher Configuration File, or Windows SharePoint Services Solution Framework File (for whatever reason), and the other options also don't work... that's okay!
