If You Don't Have Winphone Phonebook
In order to open your I00 file, you will have to download Winphone Phonebook or another similar software package.
If Your Computer is Not Configured to Open I00 Files
If you have the relevant software, but your computer still won't open the software, you will have to change the file associations on Windows or Mac. Depending on your operating system, you can ensure that your computer always open I00 files using Winphone Phonebook or another program of your choice that uses I00 files.

If the I00 File is Corrupt
In some instances, you may receive an error message stating that the file is corrupt. If you have tried all of the above, and it still doesn't work, download or request a new copy to see if that works.
Open I00 File the Easy Way
If you don't want to download Winphone Phonebook (for whatever reason), and the other options also don't work... that's okay!
Even though some I00 files must be opened in a program for which it was developed (binary format), you may still be able to open it in a universal file viewer such as File Magic. Download File Magic now from the Microsoft Store and open your I00 file!
