If You Don't Have Active Tutor Project, Android Package, or GameSpy Arcade Service Software Installed
In order to open your APK file, you will have to download Active Tutor Project, Android Package, GameSpy Arcade Service, or another similar software package.
If Your Computer is Not Configured to Open APK Files
If you have the relevant software, but your computer still won't open the software, you will have to change the file associations on Windows or Mac. Depending on your operating system, you can ensure that your computer always open APK files using Active Tutor Project, Android Package, GameSpy Arcade Service, or another program of your choice that uses APK files.

If the APK File is Corrupt
In some instances, you may receive an error message stating that the file is corrupt. If you have tried all of the above, and it still doesn't work, download or request a new copy to see if that works.
Open APK File the Easy Way
If you don't want to download Active Tutor Project, Android Package, or GameSpy Arcade Service (for whatever reason), and the other options also don't work... that's okay!
