If You Don't Have Sega FILM/CPK File Format
In order to open your CPK file, you will have to download Sega FILM/CPK File Format or another similar software package.
If Your Computer is Not Configured to Open CPK Files
If you have the relevant software, but your computer still won't open the software, you will have to change the file associations on Windows or Mac. Depending on your operating system, you can ensure that your computer always open CPK files using Sega FILM/CPK File Format or another program of your choice that uses CPK files.

If the CPK File is Corrupt
In some instances, you may receive an error message stating that the file is corrupt. If you have tried all of the above, and it still doesn't work, download or request a new copy to see if that works.
Open CPK File the Easy Way
If you don't want to download Sega FILM/CPK File Format (for whatever reason), and the other options also don't work... that's okay!
