Error Message: The ACS File is Corrupt
The only solution to a corrupt file, is to download a new copy, or to ask the sender to resend the file.
Error Message: Can't Find Software to Open the ACS File
This error is quite easy to solve. Simply right-click on the ACS file and select Agent Character from the dropdown list to create a default file type association. In future, it should automatically open in Agent Character.

Issue: You Don't Have Agent Character Installed
You can simply download Agent Character software. ACS uses Agent Character by default. After you install it, the software should automatically associate itself with ACS files.
