If You Don't Have Harmony Advanced Universal Remote Saved Configuration File
In order to open your EZHEX file, you will have to download Harmony Advanced Universal Remote Saved Configuration File or another similar software package.
If Your Computer is Not Configured to Open EZHEX Files

In some instances, you may receive an error message stating that the file is corrupt. If you have tried all of the above, and it still doesn't work, download or request a new copy to see if that works.
