If You Don't Have Jigsaw Terminal File
In order to open your JD file, you will have to download Jigsaw Terminal File or another similar software package.
If Your Computer is Not Configured to Open JD Files
If you have the relevant software, but your computer still won't open the software, you will have to change the file associations on Windows or Mac. Depending on your operating system, you can ensure that your computer always open JD files using Jigsaw Terminal File or another program of your choice that uses JD files.

If the JD File is Corrupt
In some instances, you may receive an error message stating that the file is corrupt. If you have tried all of the above, and it still doesn't work, download or request a new copy to see if that works.
Open JD File the Easy Way
If you don't want to download Jigsaw Terminal File (for whatever reason), and the other options also don't work... that's okay!
