If You Don't Have PEERNET Publisher or Pegasus Mail POP3 Server Side Filter Rules
In order to open your PNP file, you will have to download PEERNET Publisher, Pegasus Mail POP3 Server Side Filter Rules, or another similar software package.
If Your Computer is Not Configured to Open PNP Files
If you have the relevant software, but your computer still won't open the software, you will have to change the file associations on Windows or Mac. Depending on your operating system, you can ensure that your computer always open PNP files using PEERNET Publisher, Pegasus Mail POP3 Server Side Filter Rules, or another program of your choice that uses PNP files.

If the PNP File is Corrupt
In some instances, you may receive an error message stating that the file is corrupt. If you have tried all of the above, and it still doesn't work, download or request a new copy to see if that works.
Open PNP File the Easy Way
If you don't want to download PEERNET Publisher or Pegasus Mail POP3 Server Side Filter Rules (for whatever reason), and the other options also don't work... that's okay!
