If You Don't Have Fiddler Session Archive
In order to open your SAZ file, you will have to download Fiddler Session Archive or another similar software package.
If Your Computer is Not Configured to Open SAZ Files
If you have the relevant software, but your computer still won't open the software, you will have to change the file associations on Windows or Mac. Depending on your operating system, you can ensure that your computer always open SAZ files using Fiddler Session Archive or another program of your choice that uses SAZ files.

If the SAZ File is Corrupt
In some instances, you may receive an error message stating that the file is corrupt. If you have tried all of the above, and it still doesn't work, download or request a new copy to see if that works.
Open SAZ File the Easy Way
