If You Don't Have Fusion Pro Temporary Database File
In order to open your SMFX file, you will have to download Fusion Pro Temporary Database File or another similar software package.
If Your Computer is Not Configured to Open SMFX Files
If you have the relevant software, but your computer still won't open the software, you will have to change the file associations on Windows or Mac. Depending on your operating system, you can ensure that your computer always open SMFX files using Fusion Pro Temporary Database File or another program of your choice that uses SMFX files.

If the SMFX File is Corrupt
In some instances, you may receive an error message stating that the file is corrupt. If you have tried all of the above, and it still doesn't work, download or request a new copy to see if that works.
Open SMFX File the Easy Way
If you don't want to download Fusion Pro Temporary Database File (for whatever reason), and the other options also don't work... that's okay!
