If You Don't Have Graphics Workshop for Windows Thumbnail
In order to open your THNL file, you will have to download Graphics Workshop for Windows Thumbnail or another similar software package.
If Your Computer is Not Configured to Open THNL Files
If you have the relevant software, but your computer still won't open the software, you will have to change the file associations on Windows or Mac. Depending on your operating system, you can ensure that your computer always open THNL files using Graphics Workshop for Windows Thumbnail or another program of your choice that uses THNL files.

If the THNL File is Corrupt
In some instances, you may receive an error message stating that the file is corrupt. If you have tried all of the above, and it still doesn't work, download or request a new copy to see if that works.
